busy weekend come and gone

It's been a busy week last week. Nash and I were both sick, he is still sick and has his 6 month checkup today, so hopefully we can find out if he has an ear infection of it it is just a cold and maybe get some medicine for him. We had Abel and Paula's wedding on Saturday. It was nice, a lot of fun, got to see some good friends we don't see often enough, even though we left at 1015 to go get Nash from Maria's. Poor guy has not been sleeping at all at night, I was up with him every night over the weekend and last night was pretty bad, luckily Luke took care of him since he has the day off. Boot camp is going good so far, it is definitely getting harder and will only get worse and more difficult, but I have to stick with it, no excuses. My first Mother's Day was pretty uneventful, I spent the day doing the laundry and grocery shopping, but because Nash was sick, neither Luke nor myself really relaxed much, we did watch Up in the Air, which I liked and Luke got me a really nice card, even though I told him I did not want him to get me anything, I will have many more Mother's Day's in years to come when he can get me something. If we can just get through May and June, I think we will be able to start saving money by July and Luke is looking into picking up another off duty shift here and there, which would help out a lot too. I'm really looking forward to my visit home with Nash. Mostly for him, so that he can see everyone
Nothing going on this week or weekend, which I am looking forward too, I have been doing really good with cooking a meal every night, I'm actually really proud of myself, considering it wasn't that long ago that I did not cook ever, I don't actually mind it so much anymore. I have quite the collection of some good recipes.
I was planning to go do some cardio after work today, but I'm so tired from being up with Nash, I'm not sure I'm going to make it. Of course I am always tired in the afternoons.
Back to work, lots to do, keeping busy which is nice.
