Well we made our trip to Indy and it ended up being an extended one, which was fine by me.
A big ice storm him the mid-west and we got stuck for a few extra days, I didn't mind, because we got to relax for a change and not have to be anywhere at any certain time, it was nice. Luke and I got to go watch a couple movies at the theater and not have to worry about paying a babysitter.
I had a good 30th birthday, with family and a few close friends. I got to see Anne's house and meet Olivia. Got to go to the farm and Nash got to see the baby cows and the horses. We definitely got to experience the cold weather and snow and I enjoyed it while we were there. Now back in Tucson, it is in the 70's and doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. but very, very windy.
Nash got to meet his cousin Addilyn and play with Abram, it was so cute.
Hard to believe they really aren't that far a part in age.
I have no idea when we will be able to come home next, I would say summer time, but I have no idea if or how things will change by then.
Circumstances eventually make it harder for anyone to come visit us out here, which makes me sad, but hopefully we don't have to worry about that for too long.
Spent my weekend doing laundry and cleaning the house. I missed the dogs while we were gone and worried about them a lot. But they are fine and were so happy to see us.
Nash did as I expected on the planes, we had a little trouble with him and the pressure bothering his ears, to be expected, but can be so stressful, especially for the " Dad" :)
I look forward to when he is older and we have to travel, but not looking forward to paying for another airline ticket, I'm not sure we will be able to afford it :(
Things are finally some what back to normal and we are back into our normal routines, which I hate to say it, but it is nice.
Valentine's Day is coming up on Monday, we of course have no plans and I don't see us doing anything, maybe go out to eat with Nash in tow :)
Andrea is coming out to visit this month, looking forward to seeing her, I know Nash is going to love her!
